“Pros: Free breakfast, clean room, friendly service, convenient location, nice lobby/breakfast area Cons: Bed pillows were too thick, couldn’t sleep comfortably. Limited breakfast options. Breakfast must be ordered in advance, and my order was prepared incorrectly. Room TV does not have smart functions (can’t use Netflix, etc). Weak showerhead; shower water did not get hot (OK in this case given the hot weather)”

“More amenities than we needed as we did not golf or use half the things offered. A three night stay is not long enough to enjoy everything. But we did enjoy what we could in that time frame. The Waters Spa is pricey but it is by far one of the most beautiful spas I’ve ever experienced. The food is very good in every location. The staff is super friendly. ”
