“We stayed here for a long weekend during a family reunion and it was great. Definitely the right size for a couple. Loved strolling the grounds near the Vermilion and bird watching in all the beautiful trees. The house itself was well appointed with everything we needed. It was 21 degrees while we were there, so we especially appreciated the space heaters. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Would totally stay here again. ”

“Really cute spot close to downtown. We had a few issues that the host was quick to respond to, but it did require us to check out two hours early. Host offered to buy us breakfast for the inconvenience (we had to very quickly pack up with a rambunctious 2 year old), but never followed through which was a bit of a disappointment. “This was my first vrbo rental. As well as any type of rental. We typically stay at a traditional bed and breakfast. I am accustomed to more service and being fussed over a bit. However, The place is absolutely lovely. Well maintained buildings, wharf, lawn and landscaping. And even though we were on our own the host was reachable. They assisted us in a timely manner with each issue we had. My experience was a good one and I may use vrbo again. I would definitely return to Arlington……

“This is a very cool place that has everything. This getaway place is near the city but feels like it is at a campground. We loved the 2 different houses and the outdoor area with the firepit. It has plenty of parking, space to relax and 2 kitchens that has ample supplies. Check-in and out was convenient as well. We brought some extra chairs and enjoyed sitting by the river which was nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here to enjoy some rest & relaxation. ”

“The location and property were as advertised. I needed extra bedding that I could see but not access for the fold out sofa bed. The lights weren't working in the bathroom by the entrance. There were some other minor repairs that the place needed clogged p-trap, oven in need of some repairs, strip that pulled up at top of stairs had a rug over it but needed a nail. Provided fishing equipment was in disrepair no worries I had brought my own. There weren't any basics, dish soap, toilet paper, paper……
