“What a cute little place and the perfect home base for my sisters and me, the weekend of my mom's celebration of life. Decorated super cute, basement was perfect and the garden my mom would have loved. Would recommend to anyone. ”

“We were in town for a wedding, so we added an extra day to explore Harrisburg. The house I chose is river front and at the end of a quiet street. The location could not have been any better, 2 miles from downtown, with a wonderful river view. We spent the day walking along the river and enjoying the nearby park, historical monuments and the local restaurants. The house is older but quaint. The first level has been updated and is very nice. The 2nd and 3rd levels could use some TLC. The beds are……

“I spent three nights at this location, enjoying the proximity to Italian Lake and the river just a few blocks away! It is a pleasant 35ish minute walk to midtown. Consider visiting Broad Street Market, Midtown Scholar, Susquehanna Art Museum, the Yellow Bird Cafe, or Midtown Cinema as a part of your trip! Her place was perfect for us to all have our own space. We loved walking around the neighborhood and stopping in the book stores, shops and market. ”

“The house was a perfect fit for our group! Several couples and a few singles, there was plenty of room for all to have a bed... the house was layed out so if you needed your own time, you could get away from the group. Plenty of towels and other items in the 3 full bathrooms! We cooked breakfast and dinner... kitchen had all we needed, including spices and all the right pots, pans, dishes, silverware.We broughtt a portable grill but would be nice to have a gas grill and a some patio……

“Had a trip for states bowling in the area. The house was perfect for a group of 12 women. The owners were great to deal with and very responsive to any questions definitely would rent again ”

“Comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All amenities were provided. Clean and well furnished. It was very close to various sightseeing spots, though we visited off season when most places were closed. We did enjoy the Hershey's Chocolate World. Very relaxing vacation!”

“The farm has become our go-to location for extended family visits! The layout is perfect for gatherings and the lovely home and property make it the perfect escape from the city. The host, Meghan, is very responsive and very easy to work with. I am sure we will return again!”

“The property worked out great for the 12 of us. Four different families used it for the weekend. Close to Hershey park. Fantastic.”

“Our family and friends stayed here for 3 nights while visiting local colleges. It was a wonderful retreat. We grilled overlooking the river and sat around the fire pit watching the sunset. The house had everything we needed and more. Pam was an excellent host and everything went very smoothly. We’s absolutely return.”

The property is pretty much as advertised. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy themselves. We had a few minor maintenance issues but the owners were super responsive. We would definitely stay here again.”
