“We used the house for a golf getaway and it was a perfect set up for our group. It’s a huge house and it is newly built. Kitchen, living and dining areas were generous and gave us the space we needed. 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms housed us well. The electric combo lock made it easy to check in. We would have like to see more ceiling lighting in the bedrooms but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the stay. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay was good and host was very responsive. The home was well stocked and clean. The only issue was the 6th bed location. The listing states there are 6 beds, all in bedrooms, but the 6th bed is actually a pull-out couch in the living area, so 1 person in our group had to sleep in a common area, which was not expected when the booking was made. Bedroom 4 is in the basement, with 2 queen beds and no bathroom access on the same floor, and with the closest bathroom being a half bath on the main……

“Foreboding drive to property, but ……upon arrival it is like nirvana! What a joy for our five couples to each have a private bath and a half- bath for visitors. The game room …..forget about it! Bring food to cook in a fabulous kitchen which has everything you may need and I mean everything. Ice machine made plenty for our stay. Bring wine for the wine fridge even. This place has it all. ”

“ Host's wife and sone took mebto the ER when she was dropping off my sheets (thatvhe forgot). They were lovely. Nextbday or so, I locked the apparently Only key insside about 9 pm and he was alowbto respond and had no spare key, so I went to a hotel.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this Frederick condo. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for three adults. Everything was in good working order. The condo is a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants and the park. Parking behind the condo was convenient and easy to use. Only suggestions would be a pathway from the parking area to the back patio (currently you have to walk through uneven grass) and more lighting near the patio steps. Highly recommend if you're staying in Frederick!”
