“We rented this home for a group of 10 friends and overall we enjoyed our stay. The theater room upstairs is by far the highlight, but the pool table and hot tub were also well used. The home is definitely a little neglected. It almost seems like a model home that was never lived in but the garage shows signs of a full time resident. The biggest concern was privacy, as there are no curtains or blinds on any of the windows. The hot tub was murky and had debris. Little things were missing in the……

“We needed somewhere close to Marietta College to stay and visit with our daughter after a lacrosse game. This was perfect! It was clean and close by and the layout allowed us time to visit, but gave us all privacy for sleeping! The driveway is very steep, but since we were prepared for it, we didn’t have any issues. Great view too!!!”

“The property has a lot of charm and is situated in a mature area. Ample space for 5+ adults. Plenty of pre stocked items like toilet paper and paper towels to last for several days. Instructions were sent promptly and were clear and easy to understand. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. “House was clean and immaculate. Host has done well to put a modern twist on a ‘historical’ home. Neighborhood is older and may be considered ‘rough’ by a few, but we had no problems. It was close to Franciscan, shopping, and grocery, very convenient! If you have problems w stairs, I don’t recommend you stay here. Would def stay again! ”

“This was a great property for winding down and staying next to the river in Marietta. We gave this property five stars across the board, except we really wish that you could only access the unit from the inside so that the decks were completely private and no one from the ground (level that is not a guest) can access it. Despite this, we felt completely safe during our stay. highly recommended!”
