Awful hotel. Left with bedbug bites on my ankles. The entire hallway was full of debris when I entered my room. No trash can in my room. No soap. No shampoo. One towel. Pool was disgusting. Breakfast was awful. I wish I had something nice to say about this hotel, but it was hilarious how bad it was. :)

The facility is currently undergoing construction and changes. The interior is not particularly clean, and the amenities are outdated. However, the staff was pleasant to communicate with.

I feel like they only cared about the payment for the lodgment (the money). I even found the main door of the hotel closed several times. They don't care about the tourist

This hotel sent me a message the day of arrival. I had to drive 7.5 hours, looked at my phone to see there would be NO water if I planned to stay there. Of course I cancelled…. And had to obtain assistance with securing another place to stay the night. Why not send a text message or call me?!

The staff was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is under massive renovations and everything was either not available due to the renovations or it was tore up. The beds were super comfortable but the room was not appealing. Baseboards were all tore off and the room was in need of a lot of updating. I’m sure once the renovations are complete, this will be a beautiful hotel but for what we paid per night, I think I could have stayed somewhere that was more put together and had the services advertised available.

Stayed here for a couple nights to play airsoft at the old Six Flags near by. The staff was very nice and helpful. I'm from Missouri and Nebraska so I'm just not familiar with Louisiana at all but the humidity had water dripping or condensation everywhere. Fun times. The hotel felt like it was under construction or repair in a lot of areas but the place did feel run down or look broken. Basic continental breakfast stuff. Pool was open and working the whole time i was there, rare at a lot of hotels I've gone to this year, so cool beans there. There's a Walmart and some fast food places nearby, the people in the area didn't seem very nice but oh well.

I booked my room for 5 days after staying here for four nights I believe there are bed bugs I have red bumps all over my arms and legs now and skin is very itchy!

Review before you book.
They put us in an occupied room with animals when we checked in. Terrible it was bad however they got us another room. The hotel was under construction which we didn’t know until after we booked.
