Horrible experience. It started w/ someone in my suite doing a final room check an hour after the 3 PM check in time asking, “They let you in the room already?” I also was not greeted in my suite w/ the normal Hilton personalized greeting on the TVs. I had to request hangers twice since the 1st request was forgotten. Then the daily horror of housekeeping began. The bed was left messy, a clearly dirty table was never wiped, sugar was never replenished, the non-decaf was replenished w/ only extra pods of decaf, used mugs and glasses were left & clean ones were not provided, the same tissue bits remained on the bathroom floor every day & my empty tissue box was not replaced. I called to request missing items the first time & the front desk was apologetic. The “cleaning” was worse the second time so I reported my concerns since this was clearly a pattern. I received apologies, the missing items & an offer to clean the room. The 3rd day was better but still had issues. On my last day, housekeeping skipped my room completely so I reported my frustrations in person. There were apologies, but there were also excuses and some blame. Tiffany asked me if I left the sleeping sign on the door. Of course I didn’t or I would have said so. When I explained the daily issues, I was told the hotel ran out of tissue boxes and coffee pods. None of these things are my problem as the customer. HORRIBLE experience and there was no offer to make it right. A shame. Great location though :/
