I booked 2 rooms. One had no iron or rack to hang up clothes. The 2nd room had no key entry. The hotel reception had to let you in the room. The top lock was broken on the door as well. The breakfast was HORRIBLE! No meat, fruit or even yogurt. Only a few bread choices, waffles with no designated cups to use, with eggs and gravy NO biscuits. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

When I stayed in this hotel 10 years ago, it was a really beautiful and pleasant place to stay. when I stayed here this time, it was a time from hell. I thought I was in a dream and needed to be woken up. When I checked in, the clerk told me that my tv might not work, and when I looked at her funny, she said "oh sorry, most of the tv's here do not work". I knew then it was going to be horrible . Once I got to my room and opened the door, the horrible smell met me first and then the appearance of the room, met me second. I went to the phone to ask to change rooms and the phone didn't work. My room was right next to the stairwell and people were coming out of it all night. The noise that lasted until 3am in the morning was unbearable. I think I cried myself to sleep because I didn't have anywhere else to go. I will never stay here again and I recommend you to not do the same. Not to mention the crack heads out all hours of the night. OMG!!!!!!!!!

There was no one at the desk when we checked in. There was, however, a person with no identification on his clothing who said he could check us in but he would have to call someone (a manager). This was uncomfortable. The person called the manager who wanted my card information over the phone (again uncomfortable). After I told the manager it was not a typical way to check in, he asked do you want the reservation or not. We were far from home with no other options, so I gave him my card number. My credit card is protected from fraud so I was not concerned. We checked in. Accommodations were comfortable and very clean. We checked out around 9 AM the next morning, expecting to grab breakfast before we headed out. We were told breakfast was from 7 AM to 10 AM. A different person with no identification on his clothing was sitting in the lobby area, watching TV. When I asked about breakfast, he said the breakfast lady wasn't there yet. No apology or compassion.

Kimberly checked me in and she was absolutely delightful. She was professional and courteous. The room didn’t measure up to the service. The room needs a bit of an upgrade so it will have a better aesthetic appeal.

The hotel manager cancelled my reservation in their system and did not allow my family to check in even the reservation was paid and active in Expedia. I am still trying to get my refund. This is not right, hotel owner is stealing money. Asking support from Expedia; unfortunately the response has not been good. I am disappointed by Expedia Travel team; I will keep trying to recover my money. Hotel staff said that the hotel owner cancels reservations all the time. Hotel staff does not recommend the hotel. I asked the staff if there are bedbugs and the answer was "we do not recommend this hotel" I am surprised that this is still a Comfort Suites Hotel chain location. This is not good reputation for this corporation.

We booked through Expedia back in January because we were coming into town for the Taylor Swift concert. The day we show up we find out the manager canceled our reservation without any communication with us at all. Horrible customer service, they didn’t even care and acted like it was not their problem at all. They didn't even reach out to Expedia. Expedia thought our room was still booked here. Thankfully Expedia spent 2 hrs trying to find us a new place to stay for the weekend and was successful.
