The front desk staff are amazing! After two days, we had to request our room be serviced despite there not being a ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door. Room could have used a full length mirror. Regardless, I love the location. I’ve stayed here twice and certainly will again!

Check-in is on the 2nd floor as well as it smells like a Mortuary when you step onto the floor. It’s not what I expected. Literally nothing but a room . During the day there was a man outside of My window I think pasting, painting, I really don’t Know what he was doing out there, but there no warning of his presence and coming out of the shower you would want to know that king of thing. The place lacks warmth. I don’t mean heat wise. Thank God for the other patrons who were quite inviting and added some warmth to thePlace. Good luck

Great location that was walking distance to or transit accessible to all our activities. The room was also spacious, comfortable and clean and elevators were fast. The iced water in the lobby was also a nice touch. Gee gave us such a warm welcome after we arrived from our red eye flight. He made sure that we were first on the list for the next available room and went the extra mile to communicate that to his colleague. Just before he was off his shift, he was able to secure us early check in, which was much appreciated.

Fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Bourbon Street, but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. The Courtyard Marriot was a perfect place to stay for Jazz Fest Weekend. It is just off Canal Street and fast walk to Bourbon St and all things NOLA. The hotel was clean and spacious. Despite the festival crowds, the hotel an oasis of calm. The room was great for our family. It had two king beds separated by the bathroom. This allowed our adult son to have a bit of privacy. The bathroom was updated and spacious. The fitness room was well stocked and had all the equipment needed. It was busy on certainly days/times. The hotel was priced appropriatedly for the Fest weekend, but the parking was very expensive ($49/day). If you are on a budget, be sure to factor that into the cost of the hotel. If you plan to use public transporation during your stay, there are cheaper public lots to store your care nearby. All in all, great hotel right in the middle of everything! Will stay there again next year.

I shared the two king size beds with my grown daughters. The door in between was really nice. So quiiet, but close to everything. The street car was nearby and after looking at the map, we realized we could just walk to most activities. Deanie's Seafood Restaurant was a favorite and only around the block and across the street.
