Check-in was easy, and the staff were honestly really nice. The room was okay but could do with some updates. We did notice a few stains on the sheets, which was kind of uncomfortable. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the could do with some better cleaning & updates.

Great hotel a short walk from the french quarter. Great rooms, very large, nice bathrooms. Sink drain was slow and the walls transmitted a LOT of noise. We could hear our neighbors on both sides and people in the hallway as well. I cant imagine how loud the hotel is during Mardi Gras. Breakfast everyday was great, and so was the food we got from the lobby Kitchen+Bar. Beautiful hotel. Parking was $35 per night.

We had a mixed experience during my recent visit. On the bright side, the parking staff and front desk staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. A special shoutout to the parking attendant who recommended Willie’s Mae NOLA, the food and drinks there were absolutely amazing! The suite was extremely roomy, the bathroom was clean, and the floor was quiet. They offer on-site parking for a reasonable fee. However, our experience with the complimentary kitchen and bar left something to be desired. When we visited the kitchen, the food selection was very limited, so we decided to skip it. We then went to the bar area, hoping to enjoy a drink, but unfortunately arrived about 8 minutes after it had closed. While we understand policies and timing, the way we were informed, by someone sitting nearby simply saying “it’s closed, “felt a bit abrupt and dismissive. A more courteous or informative approach would have gone a long way. Overall, the staff we interacted with directly were great, and the local recommendation was spot-on. With a few improvements in communication and hospitality during off-hours, this could have been a five-star experience.

I had a wonderful experience checking in, I was allowed to check in early and I was given a free room upgrade. The property was clean , my room was clean but it had a slight stale smell which I sprayed a room spray. The furniture is a little dated and needs to be renovated which the hotel has signs indicating that one was on the horizon. The free breakfast was awesome along with the free evening social. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend for others to stay here.

We really like this hotel. It’s our 4th year staying here after attending LSU gymnastics camp. Great staff, great amenities. Didn’t get to stay as long as we would have liked this time, but will definitely return again next year!!!

The front desk staff was amazing, I had trouble with a payment and they helped me with the situation with great kindness and understanding. Jamie is amazing she also helped with great directions for the tours and where to go in the French Quarter.

The staff; the breakfast; the popcorn; soft drinks; and the dinner snacks - which are a complete meal! The property is dated; but the pool; gym are not- everyone is so so nice there and very helpful. Saw the manager cleaning up the eating area many times - he didn’t need to - his staff was on it - but he is a very helpful nice man!! Very reasonably priced also! I would definitely stay there again!!

Family friendly, secure building, front desk/managers were super helpful. Reasonably priced with two free meals and alcohol beverages daily. Location was great, quick $8 uber rides to main attractions as well as decent walking distance to bourbon and canal street. Would absolutely return and refer folks here.
