+property was unique, quiet, safe and had a great courtyard. staff was great! -room needed repairs in the bathroom, bathroom wasnt 'corner clean' , floor was 'gritty' and the bed was terribly hard! The bed ultimately was our issue with this room...but overall a good experience.

The Haunted Hotel had easy going staff that were easy to chat with “chill”. If you’re looking for a resort style stay this isn’t the place, but if you’re easy going, fun and like to hang out in an open courtyard this is a great place. Keep in mind it’s a heritage hotel. Our poor little air conditioner was working hard (we named him Aaron) so it would make a grinding noise every 7 minutes for a 2 mins. However we told staff and they were very kind and understanding. We would stay here again, due to its proximity to all the “New Orleans” vibes and walkability. Hotel isn’t wheelchair friendly (from what I can tell) and has stairs for the upper levels. Had a great time and thank you Haunted Hotel!

They were nice enough to let us check in early for an event we had to be at for noon. Nice bathroom and beautiful courtyard. No ghosts again this stay, but very whimsical with blood stained sheets & bathmats with a silhouette of an axe murderer in your room.

The service was excellent from all the staff, especially Cristina. The property is in good condition, simple, and has everything you need considering it's an old building. The price-quality ratio is very reasonable. As an improvement, they could add a light and a shelf to store toiletries inside the shower.

The staff here was amazing. So sweet and accomodating. They had everything you could need and more. We weren't expecting rain on our trip and the hotel had umbrellas to use. Such wonderful southern hospitality.

Walking distance to Bourbon. The property does a great job in the decoration for a haunted hotel. The staff is great and helpful! Christina was amazing and very helpful! A great time and a great visit.

The Bad and Ugly: This was our first stay. There is no check in area just a cluttered office to get keys and acclumate. The staff graciously brought our bags upstairs as there is no elevator and did same upon departure. The room was specially painted with murals of brick, skeletons, spiders and the like. I think this was most suitable for a teenager. The bathroom had a gruesome shower curtain with bloody hands painted on the wall. The towels were very small and thin. There was no shampoo, soap or conditioner in the shower dispenser. This was fixed the next day. The hangers were plastic and one broke immediately. The remote to the TV was missing but replaced by staff the next day. If you wanted to use the fan, you needed to have the light on at the same time and vice versa. Bed needs new mattress and fresh linens. The room needs to be reviewed for guest comfort. The good: great location, safe neighborhood, very kind and helpful staff.

Words cannot express how good of a time we had in the few short hours we stayed. Clean, comfortable, fun! All staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and accommodate us like we were family. The kindness came easily and genuinely, which was quite endearing.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice. Beds comfy. The theme is fun. Bathroom wasn’t great and towels were old but didn’t matter much for two nights. We enjoyed the balcony our room had.

The property was clean and easy to navigate. The property manager, Ginger was easy to contact via text for any room issues. Additionally, the on-site manager, Christina, was super friendly to help with any of our local questions with parking, Mardi-Gras parades and got us anything else we needed. We look forward to coming back should we ever come back to NOLA.

Haunted hotel is a horror show…..

While the manager was tremendously nice, the haunted hotel was a true horror show. The hotel had an awful mildew musty smell. The room was very dirty and there was hair all over the floor and on the sheets, sink and towels. One wall looked like someone head had gone through it. The toilet ran constantly and the tv did not work. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in your back while lying down. All of this for $800 for 2 nights. (Super Bowl weekend). Only thing this place has going for it is location. Stay away from this horror show!
