There was a small issue with construction being done however the front office was able to resolve the issue with us . We plan on coming back for the hospitality and convenience of the being near everything.

This hotel is good, but it is not great. We liked the room, with its kitchen and sitting room that is separate from the bedroom, and we liked how it is within walking distance of the French Quarter and other things but not actually in the French Quarter. While this hotel is maintained well, it is getting old. Everything is nice and clean, but it is not super nice or sparkling clean. We felt it was worth the price we paid. This is a timeshare place, and so during checkin and in the middle of our stay we got the usual requests in person and by phone to attend a sales session, with a fairly modest price discount offered if we attended one of their sessions. We could have done without those in person and by phone sales attempts, but they were fine with us saying no. One minor thing was that the kitchen sink faucet leaked some water from its base onto the kitchen countertop when turned on. It wasn’t enough for us to get overly concerned, but we did tell the front desk right when we noticed it, and two maintenance guys came right to our room. They slowed the leak, but the leaking of some water onto the kitchen counter upon use of the kitchen faucet continued throughout our six-night stay. We used the two provided kitchen sink towels to wrap around the base of the kitchen faucet to stop any leaking water from spilling onto the countertop, and we continued using the kitchen faucet in the mornings to fill the coffee maker and to clean up the coffee cups and plates that we used.

Good place, perfecto for families close to bourbon street by walk, some of the staff pretty friendly, 1 think doesn’t like about the experience is when you check in they want to do for you to attend a meeting to sell you a time share and I booked from a third party because I’m not interested in that option, so is frustrating they want for you and insist and insist calling you etc, other than that it’s Greta. The valet and host at the front door was great pretty good attitude

This is a great property with what feels like converted one bedroom apartments into a hotel suite. Can’t go wrong if traveling with kids and you want a separate sleeping area - the couches pull out into beds. We slept good but it is near bourbon and you can hear the commotion at times. We didn’t love the area but it is walking distance to the quarter and bourbon street. I would stay in the quarter next time but since we had kids this hotel made perfect sense and would recommend. The food scene nearby is bleak but walk a few blocks or take an uber to the quarter and you have plenty of options. We did not like the pool, it’s the smallest pool you’ve ever seen, and would be better as a hot tub. Not a good pool for kids. The laundry is only on one floor and so there is a battle for the few machines but you can wash clothes at no cost. Great facility, nice and clean, friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The rooms were nice and convenient. But, the service was not great. Checked in once and then got calls next day to check in. Had to go thru process again. Keys reprogrammed. Port communication with management. Called for service a couple times, never came. Dishwasher start button was under counter lip and had to use knife to start. Woke from Homeless fight outside window first morning. Had to park our vehicle for valet once.

The hotel room itself was clean and provided us the space we needed for a family of four. However, we were woken up nightly by revving engines, extremely loud music and yelling/fighting from the streets below. Have stayed in many hotels in New Orleans and never experienced noise levels like this, even directly on Canal St.

Check in was terrible…staff was unhelpful and refused to check me in until I went to some VIP room….it was 8:30pm and I did not want some VIP check in. They made me wait 45 minutes as the front desk person just sat there talking to security guy. I kept asking to just let me check into my room but she would not help me. Unprofessional and not about guest satisfaction at all. Once I got to VIP room, staff was incompetent and couldn’t do my check in properly so after an hour, guess what? The front desk person had to check me in!! Never again!!

Location was great, and hotel was clean. Employees were very friendly, especially Miss Sue. When you check in, they try and get you to do a timeshare pitch. I'm not a fan of this approach but I've come to expect it from these vacation type properties The pool was very small and dirty, but at least it was warm.

Staff was friendly and great to deal with. Area is a little loud but close to the tourist amenities. Small problem with our room being assigned to other guests but quickly solved. All in all a good place to stay

Room was clean and very nice. It was worth the value for the money. I will say that we did not receive any maid service the entire time which was 4 days. They didnt even bring fresh towels. I had to call everyday and ask for them.

You really can't get much more convenient than this spot: Bourbon Street nightlife a block away, the St Charles Streetcar right outside the door, three breakfast places nearby, and all the stuff on Canal Street an easy walk. Downsides? Good luck trying to fill up that fridge in the room with fresh food. Plenty of daquiris, beer, oysters, and fried foods for sale, but nary a banana nor a muffin to be found within a mile of the hotel.

This was the perfect spot for our NOLA trip. Front desk staff were kind and responsive. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Mrs. Sue who works the front of the hotel is such an amazingly friendly employee who helped guide us around the area, took photos of us with props and held our bags for us. Will definitely stay here again for our next trip to NOLA

This property has a 2 bed 2 bath suite which was quite convenient for traveling with a friend. It also has a washer and dryer on the 11th floor. Everyone was friendly and the place was super clean.
