We were disappointed on our arrival, I phoned the hotel on arrival, the desk clerk told me where to wait for the shuttle, after a long wait, I phoned again and was told he could only pick us up on a different floor. After the first call, we were told to take an elevator down 3 floors. After the second call the same clerk told me to go back up 3 floors. I explained that my 80 year old husband had walking issues and that it would be difficult for him. I was brusquely told, “Well that’s the only place he can pick you up!”
The driver was very kind and helpful when he got there. The only other quirk was: we opted the stay at the hotel for dinner, we picked out a couple of frozen chicken sandwiches, there were no microwave directions, so I took them to the front desk, and apparently no one had ever asked before, because she had no idea how long to microwave them either. They had a LOT of those, so they may need to check their stock.
I am not generally a complainer, maybe it’s old age, but I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
