I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. While the property itself is appealing, I encountered significant issues regarding the cleanliness of our room and the overall hygiene practices. We were at the hotel from Monday (3/24/25) to Friday (3/28/25), and each day we activated the housekeeping light to request service. Although the bed was made and the room appeared tidy, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned. We hoped that the bathrooms would be properly cleaned between guest stays, but our optimism was challenged when we discovered dried blood on the fitted sheet on the corner of the bed Thursday morning. After confirming that neither of us was injured, I reported the issue to the gentleman at the front desk, who took our room information and assured us that the sheets would be changed, apologizing profusely. However, upon returning six hours later, we found that the sheets had not been replaced. The front desk staff member eventually came to change them for us. As I write this review on Monday (3/31/25), I have two main concerns regarding the hotel and its staff. First, the housekeeping team seemed unwilling to perform their duties, leading to unsanitary conditions. Second, despite my conversations with the front desk and an email sent to the hotel about the incident, we have yet to hear from management regarding this matter. Without their involvement, I fear that future guests may face similar issues.
