Location: Conveniently located within the French Quarter with a bit of nice distance to the noisy Bourbon St. Our room faced the street on the 3rd floor and yet I slept like a baby every night during July 4th weekend. I was tired, but still the rooms were soundproof enough that I never felt disturbed by the parties outside. Staff & Service: So incredibly friendly and helpful, I felt so kindly accommodated, from Front Desk to Valet. When we arrived a few hours early, Front Desk offered to give us an early check-in as soon as any room becomes ready. The Valet staff helped us store our bags while we went out to explore the French Quarter and even carried it to our room when we returned. When I asked if they had a microwave for our take-out, Front Desk offered to heat it for us using the staff microwave. With the amount of tourists they receive in the French Quarter all the time, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they just sincerely wanted to make our stay as nice as possible and went out of their way to help. Room: The room was always nicely cleaned and restocked when we returned. Never had to ask for anything. We booked the 2-queen-beds room. It’s a decent size yet it had everything — we had fun eiscovering the closet behind the full-body mirror.

This property was beautiful. It was a great location for what we need it. If you’re going to stay on the side with a balcony, it can be a little noisy, so if you are not into noise, you might want to book a courtyard room with a balcony the last two days we had no air conditioning,we called someone to come fix it. It did not get fixed we did not hear from the hotel management to accommodate us with other arrangements. That was disappointing. I hope they figure it out for the next guest.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel St Marie. Really nice boutique hotel conveniently located in the French Quarter close to Bourbon Street but still not in the middle of the noise. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, responsive to any additional request and professional. My mom has mobility challenges and we were able to use the hotel's wheelchair when taking her out. This was really helpful and made a huge difference to the experience she had in New Orleans. Will definitely recommend Hotel St Marie to anyone visiting New Orleans! One minor recommendation is to have an umbrella or two incase guests arrive while it's raining which is what happened to us. However the staff nicely gave us towels to dry off. Overall a 10 out of 10 from us!

This property was amazing. While we were in our room, we could not hear all the party's going on down on the street. The breakfast cafe had amazing food for a low price. We recommend staying here.

The noise from the maintenance:construction was not good.. the tv didn’t work most of the time we stayed there however they did give us a discount on our stay so overall it was a perfect location to stay at and a nice hotel, I would recommend it and definitely would go back.

Absolutely love this hotel so quiet and quaint and only a half block off Bourbon Street. The staff was friendly helpful. We had a wonderful little balcony area with us and three other rooms. and the water pressure was amazing.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The property is in the French Quarter. Dining options in the Quarter are incredible. One of the best meals we had was at the hotel.

This hotel is very nice, located in the French Quarter and walking distance to a lot of NOLA activities. It has a nice courtyard with a pool and some rooms have balconies. The cafe for breakfast left a lot to be desired and would recommend going elsewhere. We did not do lunch or dinner there so it may be better. Overall the location and convenience made this hotel a great place to stay.
