The first night was a fiasco. I had pre-booked a 2-bedroom suite and they put us in a standard room. No elevators so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the set of long stairs just to get to the wrong room and have to go back to the front desk. Then we were told our original room was given to someone else thay was arriving the next day, so they couldn't give it to us. Long story short, after explaining over and over that the room was prepaid and the doublebooking was not my fault, they let us go to the correct room but said it would only be for the one night. They then stated they'd refund me one night for the trouble... but that never happened.
Thankfully, the next day when i followed up with the hotel, they said we didnt have to leave our room. But our keys kept being disabled daily during our stay, and we had to get them reactivated every day.
Otherwise, the room was fine and the staff that helped us every day besides the first night were very nice.
