I recently took an impromptu trip over the holiday weekend and decided I’d stay here. Upon arrival, I could tell from the parking lot how large of a mistake I had made. The lobby itself was dirty and poorly maintained but I still had hope for the room. I check in, get my room keys and trek over to where I’ll be staying. The exterior hallways were littered with trash, the sidewalks were cracked BUT the pool was lively - so again I hold out hope for the room itself. When I tell you that the room was comically in disrepair, it doesn’t begin to paint the proper picture. When I opened the door, roaches scurried across the floor and under the carpet. ALL of the light fixtures had been ripped out of the wall. There was an unusual ‘office chair’ by one of the beds, that was covered in who knows what. The carpet was FILTHY, and the bathroom tub appeared to be splattered with feces. It all felt like I had stumbled into a prank show and I was being setup. The BEST part was that housekeeping was ‘cleaning’ the rooms next to mine. No idea what they were doing, or what ‘standard’ the facility is being held to.

BIEN SITUEE pour aller dans le Quartier Français et visiter les diverses attractions (musée, croisière, Farmer's market, cathédrale etc). DÉJEUNER : céréales, gauffres, oeufs cuits durs, bagel, rôties, yogourt, the, café, jus. PROPRETÉ : nous avons trouvé des insectes (cafards) dans la première chambre qui a été remplacée par une autre où il se dégageait également une odeur d'humidité. J'ai également trouvé 2 cafards morts près des machines distributrices. Nous avons été réveillé trois fois en pleine nuit (2 fois par des gens qui cherchaient leur chambre et une fois par un agent de sécurité qui voulait valider si la chambre était louée). Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse pour expliquer la vérification de l'agent de sécurité. Nous avons décidé d'annuler les 2 dernières nuits. Attendons pour le remboursement.

First off we arrived and the first room they gave us was filthy, had no TV, no comforter on the beds so we went back to the front desk and was given another room that was not much better. My daughter pulled the sheet back on one of the beds and there was mildew on the masters cover. We returned to the front desk and asked for a refund. This place was not anything like it was advertised to be. Worst experience I have ever had.

Sink was half out hole, room smelled bad. Sprayed perfume to mask the smell. Reported the sink and never heard from anyone about it. When checking out i mentioned it so i will not be charged and the lady said she'll note it but she didn't type anything on screen.

When I went to check in the front desk attended claims that my card declined and she cancelled my reservation although my bank account reflected the room fee deducted from my account. The woman was condescending and unhelpful. I feel as if she took the money and cancelled my room. Meanwhile the payment still hasn't returned to my account and I had to find somewhere to stay last minute. Someone should be fired!
