I would never return to this property staff is not helpful except one gentleman he was very helpful at the front desk but the women were not on the website it said breakfast included and it was not it’s 75$ deposit each night you stay I have never heard of that and you are paying for WiFi which hotel that I have stayed I have free WiFi 35 dollars each night you stay because it’s a so called resort and there is nothing about that hotel a resort it’s a rip off

The room was neat & clean love the makeup mirror, the pool area a bit small , didn’t mind it. DJ was ok, no requests. I didn’t care for some the workers attitudes, IE I was in the pool area, a guest was smoking , I told the bartender, he told me to call the front desk, which caught me off guard. The man working the bar area downstairs, not so nice. Didn’t realize the hotel is not black owned as research, probably will not stay again.

The property bar overcharged us for drinks we were served at happy hour. The bartender downstairs was very rude. The ladies at the front desk besides the little white girl was rude. The white girl seemed to have no power but she was the only one trying to help. From the time we got there our rooms smelled mildewed. The manager was rude and tried to separate us instead of helping the problem. We bought febreeze for our rooms

The property was ok can use a makeover. I was in room 623 from 6/30-7/2 my room was comfortable but, both sinks in the bathroom were slow draining and the faucet to the left was loose. I noticed the hallways on that floor were not vacuumed. It also was a slight mildew/stale smell in the hallway. The staff that I came in contact were awesome! Very friendly and professional!!.I like the location of the property. It was easy to get around and quiet area.

From the moment I arrived until departure, the hotel radiated a refined, adults-only atmosphere—perfect for busy professionals craving genuine relaxation. No children in sight, and honestly, that added to the peaceful vibe. Every interaction with staff felt effortless and attentive, making me feel genuinely valued. Although dinner was offered on-site but I was not offered a recommended to dine-in, we opted for doordash, the next morning a young man at the front desk highly recommended the breakfast as we were checking out—and I’m so glad we tried it. Each dish tasted delightfully homemade, and watching the chef work was a treat. When my bank card unexpectedly declined at payment, Ms. Ella handled the situation with grace and kindness. She invited us to linger over more tea and coffee, and within 15 minutes everything was resolved. Her warmth transformed a stressful moment into a memorable one. The heated pool was another highlight—inviting and impeccably maintained. My only suggestion is to extend the evening hours beyond 7 p.m.; the post-sunset pool atmosphere was incredible, and ending it so early felt like a missed opportunity. All told, a flawless 10/10 experience.

The Nopsi hotel is the gem of the city! I loved staying at this hotel for a little staycation. It was very tranquil and the roof top pool was the highlight of my stay. The inside of this hotel is simply beautiful and swanky. The staff was very friendly, attentive and quickly responded to every request. I’m already looking into my next stay! So, I went to NOLA to do French quarter stuff. It's a bit of a walk but Ubers to the parts of the French quarter aren't bad. The hotel itself was great in every metric. Clean, cool, good food (the chicken and sausage pasta was good). The staff were great and helpful. Comfy beds.

Hotel has a great location in the central business distric of NOLA. The onsite restaurant has good food, service was kinda slow but overall good. Hotel room was nice we had an issue on check in with cleanliness and then during our 4 night stay we didn't get any housekeeping service other than delivering towels each day.
