When we first got there everything seemed to be okay, the front desk attendant was able to give us a smoking room but we lost the king size bed as requested. When we got to the room the sheets were dirty and it was ashes everywhere. No staff came offer house keeping, change the trash or give extra towels for our 2 night stay. When we finally saw the lady on the day of checkout before 11 to ask for towels. we were told no at first but when we mentioned we never got any more to use our entire stay, then she gave us 1 towel to share. I was very disappointed in this stay and I will never come back again. honestly I want my money back

Decent breakfast options, quick to get into downtown New Orleans by car, or can take a bus. We did see one roach the first night and there were some stains on the bedsheet and bed spread.

It was a place to stay and it wasn’t just downright awful but there were so minuses. No wifi was working, used contacts on the bathroom floor, dirty shower, things like that. It had a bed though so that’s all I really needed.

We reserved 2 room one handicap and one regular room let me tell you the handicap was terrible my elderly parents almost fell in the tub the handle was loose inside the bathtub the handle where you put the towels fell for no reason. The other room under the bed was a lot of trash the towels where very dirty with a foot mark with grease the towels to dry yourself was filled with other people’s hair the bed was filled with pubic hair it was so disgusting. Terrible stay would not recommend it at all.

Rooms were clean. Bed was ok. Place was clean. Area is very dirty Breakfast was a disappointment. Waited 20 minutes for scrambled eggs but so many people that had to wait another 20. No water. No toaster working while we were there. Had cereal and sausages. They were good. Very noisy a well hours outside our room. Great place for an overnight stop to sleep only

It was awful! We were charged an obsene amount of money for a 50.00 per night room (according to the locals we interacted with during our stay). There were shopping carts and a bbq pit outside of our room door, duck tape on the walls, there was no telephone in the room, there were bugs in the shower, and the overall condition of the room was poor. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy to stay here. Don’t do it!

Had to be moved twice because the first room bed sheets had brown stains on them and the second room lights or phone didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this place to a pig.

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life. Clearly one of the two worst. This is Quality Out, not Quality Inn. Filthy, door didn’t shut completely from the outside, stains on walls—who knows from what, sticky/unclean air, attempted to be masked by air cleaner or something. Felt unsafe and generally uncomfortable. I left after one night.

This place is pitiful! The front door looked like it had been kicked in at some point. The bathroom door didn’t close. When we got there, there was no water. Picked up the phone to call the front desk, phone didn’t work. People yelling and screaming in the parking lot at all hours of the night. I don’t recommend staying here.
