“The house hit all of our needs for our Team Building Offsite. The house gave us the opportunity to have our entire team stay in the house but have their own private bedrooms while enjoying the various amenities of the home like the pool, hot tub, basketball and the lawn for yoga. “Easy host to work with. Super accommodating. The house is flat out awesome. Big group and everyone had space, a bed/bathroom, and there was everything we needed. Then you have the pool, court, indoor/outdoor TV spaces, and kitchen. Would do it again 10/10 times. ”

“We had a large group stay here during Mardi Gras, and the location was perfect! Just a few blocks from the uptown parade route and fun restaurants and bars. The space felt very safe, and the host was super communicative. And the space was huge and clean.”

“Two kids loved the house. They went on fishing charter and caught 34 fish redfish, trout and a big catfish. Loved the swamp tour on the airboat. Large alligators and raccoons came very close to the boat. Six adults and two children. Close to New Orleans but very quiet and relaxing area with great views from all the decks. We will be back soon. Karen the property manager a pleasure to work with.”

“We had a great time at Quaint Charm in NOLA. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was close to all attractions. The parking is only on street, we had to go to the side streets occasionally and if you have dogs the courtyard is mostly paving stones so you will need to take walks on the sidewalk which is not ideal. Overall we’d recommend this rental, we had a great time there.. ”

“I loved staying in the arts district. The property had a lot of positives. The negative was communication . Finding the parking lot was confusing . Having to go out every day & reset parking was annoying. Not understanding where to check in .. how to get to the bar., and the tv ?? “This was the perfect place for 3 of us having 3 separate rooms in the French Quarter. It was an older building so there is the usual noise with the wooden floors. My only complaints would be there was some dirty towels left hanging up from the last guest and the elevator could use some maintenance. It had a burning rubber smell. ”
