Newly listed! Come to relax and unwind in our newly renovated home just 90 minutes out from NYC. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. A short 6 minute drive from Water Street Market, and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore in town. The home is also minutes away from Mohonk Mountain House, Lake Minnewaska State Park, and the Hudson Valley Rail Trail. Spend your days here hiking, biking, rock climbing or just staying in and relaxing on our private deck. ***There is another listing on the property with its own private entrance on the opposite side of the house.***

Great house for our family’s needs

Quiet Neighborhood yet close enough to New Paltz center that we could easily get to restaurants and services. We especially got a kick out of the “ Google lights”. That were controlled by verbal commands.

Lovely property!

Great location. The owners have created an adorable space for guests to relax while in New Paltz. Minutes from the downtown and so much to do. Cannot wait to visit again!
