Overall nice hotel and good price a night . Only thing needs some improvement is the pillows in the bed are too soft. They go flat and they could use a little more cushioned mattress pad on the bed and make it a little bit softer. Otherwise everything else was very nice and they’re extremely friendly. I would highly recommend it.

We have stayed here for years and always loved it. Completely different this time. Stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned, had to ask for trash bags, towels, washcloths and cups. I’m hoping it was a shortage of staff. Will stay again and hope it’s better.

Mid-shift check in gal very pleasant and accommodating. We didn't know that the environment was a smoking/non-smoking. Who still has smoking rooms? Fortunately our room didn't smell like smoke, but the hallways did. Our room, #200, hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in some time; dust and pet hair everywhere, even is the ice bucket. There were 2 places of dried boogers underneath the bathroom towel rack: So Gross! Mildew on top of the shower enclosure, and the shower head itself. Plus, not even enough hot water for 1 guest, let alone 2, in our room: not acceptable! The room hadn't been vacuumed before we got there; there were pieces of old pieces of candy on the floor beside the bedside stands, among other OBVIOUS pieces of debris. I would not walk bare-footed in the room! Mildew frosted in the freezer. Fridge, mehh. Dried (???) under the microwave rotating wheel. Hot tub and pool very cloudy with a strange smell. If only the housekeeping staff was as fastidious as the breakfast quarter staff, this place would be immaculous! No next time!!!

The property really needs fixed up some. We had wallpaper coming off the wall in our room. My only real issue was the cleanliness. Our room was nasty! *no i didnt complain because I didnt want to deal with anyone* Our bathroom had hair in the shower. Our night stand still had water rings on it from the previous people. The carpet and chair was cover in "white stain like substance." On top of the tv stand was also absolutely disgusting. Zero stairs for cleanliness.. The staff however were so very friendly! Probably the nicest hotel staff I've had in a long time. The pool was also nice and the hot tub. Breakfast was a bit limited. That had a waffle machine and sausage gravy as hot foods. Not awful just not a large breakfast like I've been used to with most of our hotel stays. When we read double bed we thought that ment queen. It doesn't! Its more like a longer full bed! Also the bed was very very hard. I didnt personally mind but my husband did! Just something to keep in mind if you like a softer bed.
