“Overall the property is very good, but it's let down by a few minor issues that could be quickly changed: - the Vrbo listing says it's a 'second floor' apartment, it's not, it's on the first floor. It also says there's a 'golf view', there isn't, it's on the seafront with no view out of the back at all. The listing also says 'parking available' but there is no parking there at all in the town centre, it's limited to one hour during the day. The people in the ground-floor apartment got a parking……

“I was misled by the search criteria - putting in dates i needed. Then booked in for different days. Yes, i should have checked. But i know my search criteria had correct dates and didnt know it would have offered outside criteria. Luckily one property was vacant and i was given that. I was grateful. BUT i have to say the cost was at least double to what would have been a fair Off grid is one thing, but for that expense i was expecting a shared fridge and some solar lighting/electricity!! Rip……

“Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a……

“This accommodation is okay for one person only staying 1-2 nights and living on nearby takeaways but beyond that you wish you had access to a microwave even just for the basic of meals plus a small fridge for keeping milk fresh because the accommodation is very small and basic with only a bed, shower and a toilet plus there's a kettle and a TV. Off topic i would recommend ear plugs if you're not an early riser because the passing traffic outside can be loud.”

“Everything was as listed comfy and unique.With beautiful surroundings lots of countryside with beautiful views. We travelled to the beach and went board surfing then back to the Shepherds hut were we lit the log fire and enjoyed Pizza that we cooked in the pizza oven that is on sitereally enjoyable stay.sitesitecooked ”

“This booking was a disaster. Due to medical emergency had to cancel Contacted Hotels,com to say wasnt going and tried to get the booking deferred but the client would not allow it. The client is not the pleasant couple who own the property but a company in Holland with a 1 star reputation. On booking got a flood of e-mails and documents from Holland with a huge list of does and donts. The contract was with Hotels.com not some company that would never have chosen to do business with. Contacted……

“Although the weather wasn't always on our side we had a fantastic stay. Suzie's house is beautiful - a lovely mix of cottage a new - with a large light and airy kitchen, great size bedrooms and modern shower and bathrooms. We had everything we needed. The house is just a stones throw away from cardigan centre, and is a great base for exploring the nearby coast. ”

“Location was excellent, house was huge, lots of space for 10 guests. Rooms were comfortable and ensuites in each room. Ad needs updating as there isnt a hot tub. ”
