Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200! "The property was beautiful and the rooms were amazing. We had a full kitchen and seperate bedroom. It was like having a one bedroom apartment. The pool was great and had a lazy river and water slide. I just wish the pool was a little cooler (we stayed in July). Overall, awesome place to stay."

"Checking wax very smooth i have to give a shout out to the Customer service / manager who came to the office earlySunday morning to get me a key to open my door ! Didnt catch her name but i stsyed st the extended stay on Sweetwater . Just wanted to say thank you again!"
