Not to clean, saw a House Roach in our room in closet. , extra blankets seemed dirty, they were balled up in closet Didn’t feel safe some of the hotel doors stayed cracked open. Pool area wasn’t too nice, couldn't tell if pool was clean. Nothen like Pic.

I so wanted to like this hotel because it would be a good fit for us as we have family in the are area and overflow could stay here but the lobby was so warm it was a little concerning. The staff at the front desk had a fan at his computer blowing on him to circulate air. We got to our floor and the hall had no air conditioning on in the hall running. The smell of mildew when we opened our door to our room was so horrible that we were shocked. We lowered the a/c cause the humidity in the room was so high that the tile floor was damp to walk on. We were tired and it was late so we thought if we lower the a/c enough it would air out the room eventually. We showered (no towels, had to get front desk to run us some) and jumped in bed and the smell never left! Our daughter was down the hall and experienced the same type of situation. Regrettably we stayed but it's a small town and no other vacancies for the 4th of July night. We woke the next morning and the hall of the hotel had still very little air circulating and had a mini split down by the elevator not working dripping water. It's a shame cause the hotel seems to be not in bad shape but the hotel needs to have better air conditioning system in place or run the system like it needs to be to circulate air and keep mold/mildew away. We live in high humidity environment where those type of issues need to have properly working air conditioning systems to keep mold and mildew away.

Has potential to be a good hotel but there is a consistent trend of cutting corners on the rooms being cleaned, Basic facts are we found the Toilet not clean on arrival, dried urine around seat, tobacco pouch on edge of trash can, discovered the smell from fridge was a partially eaten rotisserie chicken with bottle of ranch, bath tub brown speckles, good points: Front desk staff were friendly. ac works good, sheets looked like they did get washed, similar experience last time we stayed plus finding hair in the bed,

The building had major damage to the room next to ours due to an accident that I was told had happened almost a month earlier. Our room was open to outside air due to this damage and due to the humidity everything was wet and moldy. There was hardly no hot breakfast due to employee was on the phone over 45 minutes. People were taking pictures of the empty containers and no cups, bowls or plates. The manager on duty would not help correct the issue. I would not recommend this Hotel to any body.

Refrigerator ruined my lunchmeat,mayo, fruit, front desk said no maintenance on duty i can move to another room, wouldve been 3rd move due to no electricity in first room for lights and tv. Then it would've been really late to transfer, because we didnt leave to go have supper til after 5 and there was still no room clean. Originally reserved a King room, upon arrival, no kings available, really dirty pool, just not a very good experience this trip. It was my husband's birhday getaway and i feel i shouldve been reimbursed at least one night due to the experience.

Fast service. Needed another pillow and blanket, front desk clerk brought it right away. Breakfast was so good! Plenty of decisions on what to eat and drink. No complaints period!!

De kamer was niet erg schoon. Er lag een dode kakkerlak voor de airco. Het was er muf. In de hal bij de lift lagen drie kakkerlakken. Die lagen er een uur later nog. Ontbijt voldoende, maar er was niet veel keus. Bedden lagen prima.

Very comfortable room, bed and pillows are soft. Air conditioning very cold which is a reprieve from the heat of the day. Recommendation would be to have a blanket available in the closet since the bedding is just a flat sheet and very light coverlet. We tried asking for the blanket but it appeared that only one person was on duty working the hotel and she appeared very busy. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

This place was horrible. Our door was unlocked when we got there which was very scary. My husband had to clear the room before we could go in. The AC was stuck on freezing and leaking water all over the floor. There was no refrigerator. There was no television remote. There were no blankets. The breakfast was horrible. I've never stayed at a place this bad. I would like to know how to request a refund. We contacted the on-site property managers at the time with all of our problems and they refused to do anything
