“The pros are that property is clean and tidy. It’s best suited for couples or adults only, not for families. Another guest mentioned the amount of rules and guidelines and I looked the other way, but it’s a lot and was hovering over our heads the whole time. There’s no way a family with kids is going to be the kind of guests they’re looking for. If you are Adults only, looking for a quiet spot, this is your place. If not, I discourage you from booking. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Poosa Patch. Mornings and evenings on the porch rockers were relaxing. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked in necessities. We had a great time fishing. The finches in porch and yard made it very nice with a dog. Once bedroom was big enough to put our pack and play in for our baby. We truly enjoyed this place for our first family vacation. ”
