Helpful to have access to their beach accessories. 4-bathrooms was great for our group getting ready for a wedding. Just make sure your expectations are set reasonably. There may be some sand, mold, etc. (as common in beach vacation rentals), but it worked perfect for what we needed. ”

“We had a group of seven fun retirees. We have been renting houses all over Florida for the last several years. This property was the cleanest, most well stocked, and spacious place we have ever stayed. We started everyday in the outdoor space. In fact we spent a lot of time there. Very nice, big pool. The jacuzzi was used quite often too. Everything was well maintained and clearly with a lot of care and attention. The walk to the beach was short. Maybe two minutes. And the house is well stocked……

“Seclusion was perfect! Everything was as described in the listing and photos, but better. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and an awesome beach tent made the trips to the beach easy and extremely comfortable. Sea Woods had nice walking trails for our 4 legged family member.
