“The property was well taken care of and clean. The parking situation was a bit tricky because of the steep driveway but manageable. Only issue was the storm door hardware was attached in front of the house door knob and made it difficult to close the door without injuring your hand. That said I would recommend the property. It is very convenient to the marina for fishermen. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay here on Lake Norris. Tony and Lisa have the place decorated beautifully our kids even said “this feels like home!” The house was spacious and had everything we needed for two families with lots of kids! The backyard is awesome - our kids loved exploring the woods and making s’mores by the fire. Tony and Lisa are wonderful hosts - attentive to any need and readily available for any questions we had. “I gave it a 4 but it’s really a 3.5. Good location on the water. Great view. Plenty of beds (two families, total of 9 people). Dock was ok / sufficient for a weekend. Jet ski port was great. There’s not really a fire pit at the property… it’s just a circle of concrete blocks close to two buildings with very tall grass around it. The basement ceiling is very low so even a 5’5” person has to bend down to shower. The upstairs bedroom has an exhaust fan in it, with a sign that says to turn the fan……

“This was our first experience with a floating house, we have rented houseboats on other lakes in the past. It's like a bigger, nicer houseboat and you don't have to worry about generator fuel. lol. “We loved our stay at Playin’ Hooky! The house was perfect for our group. They truly thought of everything when getting this house prepared for guests. They had games, toys for the kids, high chairs, detergent, etc. The only complaint I would have would be the dead bugs. Lots of carpenter bees, flies, wasps in the window sills in every room. ”

“We had a great stay. We loved being close to Froggies patio bar and the marina since we rented a boat for one of the days during our stay. Our only complaints were the hot tub became very stinky the second day and the AC upstairs was not working properly. I did message the property manager about the AC issue and someone was there very quickly to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately, the AC never really was fixed so it was a bit uncomfortable upstairs due to the heat.there was also a lot of left……
