“Traveled to Dubuque for a family reunion at Eagle Point Park over the weekend. We had 10 people so with the fold-out couch in the lower level, everyone had a bed. No excuse not to go to church Sunday morning - Cathedral right across the street! Had a great stay in this older townhome floor plan that has been updated and equipped with modern appliances. Very clean and would stay again. ”

“Nice 2 bedroom property in town. Above a brewery. Straight shot to the Ice Rink. Lots of stuff in walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. Everything you need is there. The communication with owner was quick and easy. Minor issues: Stairs and no dishwasher. Would definitely stay at this place again!”

“Ken's place was great for the wedding we attended! The location worked well for us to be able to walk to the reception, as well as check out a couple of other local establishments. The apartment was bigger than anticipated and well appointed. The air conditioners in the bedrooms as well as the option of individual fans was a big plus! Ken immediately got back in touch with me when there was a mix up with the parking and was able to offer a solution. We definitely would recommend staying here and……
