“This place is exactly as advertised. Super clean and well maintained with plenty to do for the family. We stayed while it was still cold out, but my kids (8 & 7) had a great time in the game room and movie room.”

“We stayed as an extended family. Half the family was from the area. The owner was super nice and helped us get in a little bit earlier as we had been stuck in airports for 36 hours prior. The youngest enjoyed the fishing and the extra toys that were available. This spot on the lake is one of the best for fishing and for the kids to swimThe dryer did break down and the owners had a new one out the next morning on a holiday weekend. You can't ask for more. “This was the perfect property and location for our annual "girls" weekend (three of us all over the age of 55). This is such a lovely area, especially for someone who loves nature and wants an opportunity to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is beautiful, decorated with a plethora of African art. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful! We were provided with homemade bread, a bottle of wine, and many other extras. Fantastic communication and easy check-in/check-out. We had a wonderful time! “Our host was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very conveniently next to all the things needed especially the college! We will stay again. Would like to have had more towels.. especially without a washer/ dryer. Walmart was about 12 mos out which was helpful!”

“Close to the University. Very accurate as described. Parking a bit challenging - down a large hill (steps) and having to switch to opposite side of the street every day. Also need to share a single bathroom for 4 bedrooms. Host was great. Would stay again. ”

“Family really enjoyed the stay! The home is very clean a lot of detail is paid to amenities in the rooms and in the kitchen. The space is perfect for a family of 4 with two young children. The home is equipped with excellent AC and is very comfortable for hanging out in the living room and a spacious deck and backyard. Dinning space is lacking but we mostly ate breakfast in the home so stools and a tall table was fine. I will definitely be looking to book another stay on our annual visits to see……

“This property was spacious and comfortably fit our group with the large bathrooms and number of bedrooms. The owner was very helpful with our questions too. It was a nice walk to some restaurants near campus and a short ride over to downtown Syracuse. This place was great for our friend reunion we had during a wedding weekend, with easy access to things and large gathering areas for us to hang out inside and outside of the house. Thank you!”
