Smells terrible. I don’t know what with that, but smells terrible. Might be the upholstery. Not very clean bathroom. You need to ask for room service, the staff is gentle, but.. the TV was not properly working and once the staff come to the room (after asking 4 times) they said that I COULD NOT TURN THE TV OFF, or it would be out of signal. Does it make any sense? It was an awful experience. Very pricey for what it offers. Do not recommend.

O quarto é muito bom, novo e confortável, acredito que poderia ter um frigobar. O Hotel serve um pequeno café da manhã porém durante minha estadia desci sempre as 9am e sempre já tinha acabado. Porém como eles não cobram nenhum valor por isso, entendemos que não há reposição. No tota, eu e minha família gostamos muito do hotel e achei a estação de metrô bem próxima o que facilitava de ficar andando nas redondezas (que não são tão legais).

Las habitaciones con lo necesario para nuestra estancia de 6 noches. Las camas y almohadas super cómodas y acogedoras. Tuvimos problemas con una de las habitaciones (no servía el a/c y no tenia t.v.), en cuanto lo manifestamos, nos dieron otra. El metro esta a menos de 10 minutos caminando, y la distancia en metro a todas las zonas turísticas es de 10 a 15 minutos. Muy recomendable, pese a que el personal del hotel no habla español, se esmeran en la atención.

The hotel staffs were very professional and friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location is awesome and it is close to the subway and easy to get to time square and manhattan. The neighborhood felt safe as i always got back late and it was safe. I spent a week with my family and we had a wonderful time. The room is clean Infact if i could give the hotel 100 stars i would. Please keep up the good job and i will definitely stay again and will highly recommend
