Located in central Harlem manhattan, beautiful yet cozy two bedroom apartment. This place has everything you’ll need to make you feel right at home. My friends and I stayed here for the weekend while we visited another friend in the city. Nice area and we were able to find street parking easily!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very easy check in and check out. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood and we're very comfortable. We may stay here again in the future.

Be cautious
Got email day before. Mentioned online listing for address was wrong and she assured me with new address. When we got there, had to use my husbands jackknife (literally) to open lockbox. Got into place. The hallway smelled of skunk(not skunk if you know what I mean). The two rooms were adequate. The kitchen was not clean. Stuff on floor and splatter that had been stuck for awhile in cabinets. Seemed like pancake batter. Had to take my fingernail and scrape it off. Powder all over floor I had to sweep up. And the sponge for washing dishes…..,no way was I going to use that…..it was stuck to sink. So I contacted host and sent pics. She was so sorry. Which was very nice. She ordered and sent new sponges as well as wash clothes. So so going to bed….its true the city never sleeps and we get that. But when you wake up for hours with dogs barking and kids crying and people shouting and also…..the smell of skunk coming straight into bedroom cause window is right above bed……not skunk. Obviously drugs. It was too too much. We could not wait to leave. So not happy with staying there. Again host got us wash clothes and sponges but……no. I wouldn’t go there again.

Family NYC Stay
This apartment was perfect for our family to be able to have easy access to get into manhattan. It smelled very clean upon arrival. Broken Keurig pot but there was a drip we used. Neighborhood was Harlem and we loved it. Great food everywhere and a quick walk to the subway. The addres appeared wrong i Vrbo so I was worried when the owner notifiede but the it tirned oht nicer than than expected. We'd stay again!

The apartment was perfect for us. Comfortable, location was convenient. Host presented us with subway info and restaurant suggestions which was invaluable. The host also was able to accommodate a last minute request. It was incredible helpful and appreciate the flexibility.

Not a safe location
We are well travelled and stay in NYC often. We were well aware this location was in NE Harlem but going out on a limb I would argue this is not a safe location for anyone not local to the area to stay.

Great getaway
The apartment is as pictured. Upon arrival, check in was easy. The address was incorrect on VRBO, so Liz texted it to us along with instructions for check in and check out. The owner was friendly. The area was okay. The walk to the subway was a little sketchy at night but during the day it was fine. We found trash in the closet upon arrival and toys & trash under the couch giving the impression that the place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Overall, we had a great stay!

Four days in NYC

Overall this property was exactly as advertised. The beds are super comfy. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better as the shower curtain or carpet maybe smells of mildew and the walls had mildew on them. served

Appartement calme et confortable
Séjour très agréable chez Lisbeth ; chambres confortables, au calme. Bon équipement de cuisine (manque un grille-pain). Seul souci, comment manger. Il y a de quoi faire à manger mais on ne peut manger qu'à deux dans la cuisine, ou alors, à 4 dans le salon mais en pique-niquant sur les mini tables basses du salon. Table et chaises pliantes seraient les bienvenues pour pouvoir avoir de vrais repas partagés. Bon système d'arrivée/départ. Merci pour tout.

Property needs to have more towels rags and covers for customers and needs a vent system in bathroom the smell comes out into the apartment even when using spays candles and a courtesy flush. There also needs to be more couches better seats in living room for all and not bunched up together. Those wood chairs with no pillows need to go even if you put pillows in them. Overall nice cozy little space.

Cozy but need a better cleaning.
I recently stayed at this apartment and found it to be quite cozy. The layout is charming, and the furniture is comfortable, making it a pleasant place to relax. However, I did notice that the cleanliness could be improved. The windows, baseboards, and overall surfaces were quite dusty, which detracted from the overall experience. The cleaning seemed rather average, and with a bit more attention to detail, this place could be fantastic. Despite this, it still served as a comfortable base for my stay.

The apartment is a cute little two bedroom apartment close to subway and Yankee Stadium. Address in ad was incorrect. Apartment is in Harlem. Floors needed to be mopped better.

Little Improvement but Overall Great Stay
Our overall stay went very well, the apartment is a bit tight. The sofa bed was only able to accommodate 1 body, practically like a futon. The apartment isn’t equipped with central air and heat. It’s seemed to be a little hotter than expected. The 2 rooms had window air conditioning, but the circulation to the living room was not adequately met. I believe the cleanliness of the apartment could have been strengthened. The shower mat and bedding seemed to be a bit dingy. Overall the location, host, and stay was great!
