房間非常髒，入住時地板有許多棉絮及紙屑，廁所還有股臭味，一直無法消散。電源供應很不穩定，一直跳電，每晚都被熱醒三、四次，睡眠品質很差。唯一優點是飯店離地鐵站很近。

Has potential. Just need improvements on certain areas. Great front desk service, very close to the subway station and the overall design is very cool! Would recommend working on the cleaning services, the hallways smelled and the carpet was dirty. The floors in the rooms didn't look too clean either, and i would also recommend putting duvet covers on the duvets.

NEAR SUBWAY STATION, EASY TO FIND THIS HOTEL. ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND HAPPY (WTIH SMILES) TO HELP US. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, I REALLY ATE A LOT. I THINK IT IS A GOOD HOTEL FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO STAY. I WILL BOOK THIS HOTEL IF I GO BACK TO NEW YORK AGAIN.

Clearly some of the negatives reviews were expecting 5 star hotels for the price of this one. My stay was insanely good and the staff was super cool. They did what they could to accommodate and our room was very clean. As long as you’re not stuck up, this place is a great stay at an affordable price in a chill area!

Simple but very stylish decor. No frills like coffeemaker in the room. Very clean and the beds and pillows were very good. The location is good with a few minutes walk to the subway, but otherwise the surroundings are not interesting. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We got a handicap bathroom with no shower curtains, no trash can, waited 45 mins to check in after the scheduled check in time because a room wasn’t available for whatever reason. It’s cheap for a one night wouldn’t recommend more than one.

I just needed a place for 1 night and wasn't looking for anything extravagant, just a place to sleep after an event. The hotel itself is adequate but staff really need to get their act together. We arrived 90 minutes after our check in time and the room still wasn't ready. Several other guests were having the same issues, so we waited outside for another 20 minutes until they offered us the option to switch to a single bed (we booked 2 doubles). We took that because we had no idea how long it would be otherwise and just wanted to put our stuff down. Also only $85 of our $100 deposit was returned, I called and staff blamed it on some facility fee through Expedia. But I was told I would get the full $100 back at check-in. I don't have the energy or time to argue with staff over that one, so just going to note it here so others can be aware. This is really a bare minimum hotel, it's got a bed, a bathroom and a tv. It's marginally clean and in an ok neighborhood. It's entirely unmemorable (fine for our purposes) and I normally wouldn't post a review at all, but the annoyances of checking in and the unhelpful staff bumps it down significantly. In summary: you can probably find a different soulless hotel with a tiny room to lay your head for a comparable price, and maybe there your room will be ready around your check-in time.

Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Best value/deal you’re gonna find for a hotel in the city. Clean and updated rooms, friendly staff and great location. Only a couple minute walk from subway station, plus a Citibike rental station right outside hotel as well. Rooms are clean and updated, housekeeping cleaned room frequently as well.

I liked the simplicity of the property, very clean, the bed was CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE - that's huge for me. HOWEVER, the shower was spilled to accommodate for someone using a wheelchair however the inside of the stahl was not sloped so therefore anytime I took a normal shower water would spill out onto the whole bathroom floor clear to the base of the toilet. I did mention this to the staff who offered to switch me rooms I did initially try that only to see that the bathroom was constructed the same way so I had told them that I would have the same issue and I'll just stay in the same room to not complicate matters but they needed to be aware. I'd ask for extra towels and I tried to create almost a barrier at the base of my shower to attempt to keep the water from spilling out. There was a shower curtain however the shower curtain did not reach to the bottom of the floor if it would have I think it would have contained the water. Other than that the only other suggestion I would have is to have a microwave a mini fridge and a coffee pot in the room. They did have some things in their basement but at the end of the day I was so tired for my travels that I really just wanted to have these conveniences in my room. Other than that the staff was really friendly everything was super clean it is not in the best neighborhood but as a single female traveler I felt fine, nobody bothered me. The comfort of the bed is what absolutely amaze me I had the best night's sleep.

The room was very basic, which was fine. However, the bathroom floor in apartment 407 is off and constantly squeaks, and the shower set up just doesn't make sense. The floor gets soaking wet every time someone takes a shower because the wall is just a bit short to prohibit water from spraying beyond it. It also would be nice if the toilet had a toilet seat cover. Quite a few of our possessions were very close to falling into the toilet because there is no cover. The window didn't have a screen in it, and some of the lights didn't work, making the room kinda dark after sunset. That being said, we had a great time and were happy to find somewhere so affordable right in the middle of everything.
