It is very bad hotels

The room are very noise The front desk Young girl call katy and short men are very unfriendly , so rude to guest Only the another tel front desk are helpful only The room are too the noise. We tell the staff Katy , she ask me call agents to complaint . So funny . Especially the short one front young men told us it is normal . We need to accept the traffic noise even the room are need road .the window are not functional . We can sleeve whole night . Finally the another front desk help us change room another . Even they give us a small room as down grade . But it at least not so noise . However they still charge same price of rooms The breafast is so poor also .very dirty at all

My sheet was dirty, pillow case full of lent balls pillows in side the case was all stained up. The room stinked so bad i went to the front desk and told them and the man at the front desk tried to hand me a bottle of febreeze. I sprayed so much much perfume on the carpet the curtains i had 2 day rvsp i left the next morning. I slept with a pants and shirt on and threw it away before i left.

Room was clean. Small, as expected for NY, but not tiny. They proactively reached out to confirm my check-in time, which was great because my flight was severely delayed. Only issue was noise of other occupants. A group gathering that lasted until midnight in the room next door was annoying. But, I liked the walking distance to a decent bagel shop and good grocery store at the end of the block.

Overall it was a good stay , liked the room and will be back. It’s close to Manhattan and lower east and located on Brooklyn with is close to a lot of places actually.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was really clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was parking. We eventually got lucky and found a spot. We utilized Lyft so we didn't have to drive until we left. Overall very good experience, definitely will return!

Ich hatte dieses Hotel für 9 Nächte gebucht. Die ersten beiden Nächte waren ruhig und erholsam. Durch den regen Wechsel in den Nachbarzimmern war es jedoch dann immer wieder lauter. Ich hatte Nachbarn die mich um 2 Uhr morgens aus dem Schlaf gerissen haben da sie mit einer Lautsprecherbox in ihrem Zimmer extrem laut Musik hörten. Als ich die Herren am der Rezeption darüber informierte sagten sie sie können nichts machen. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt fühlte ich mich nicht mehr wohl und hatte keine einzige ruhige Minute mehr Nachts. Am zweiten Tag ist meine Toilette übergelaufen. Das halbe Zimmer stand unter Wasser. Dies wurde zwar schnell behoben. Der Teppich im Zimmer war allerdings noch 2 Tage ziemlich nass. Generell ist es dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben überall Flecken und riechen nicht frisch gewaschen sondern eher alt. Die Damen am Empfang waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Zimmerservice lief in den ersten Tagen super. Danach musste ich förmlich drum betteln das die Mülleimer geleert werden und Kaffee aufgefüllt wird was ich als nicht besonders gastfreundlich empfunden habe. Die Steckdose an der Küchentheke war defekt also musste ich Kaffee auf dem Schreibtisch kochen. Ausserdem ließ sich die Balkontüre nicht abschließen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Die Lage ist zwar in Ordnung. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein das die Ubahn stationen 15 Minuten zu Fuß weg sind und man außerhalb von der "lebendigen" Gegen
