Extremely Frustrating Experience – Worst Customer Service Ever
I had a terrible experience booking this hotel. From the start, I was asked to resubmit pictures of my ID and credit card multiple times, even though I had already submitted them. This endless cycle of resubmission was frustrating.
Despite my payment being processed a week before our reservation, I was still asked for more documents due to a “billing issue.” I couldn’t understand how they took my payment but then claimed a billing issue.
When we arrived, we couldn’t access our room because of the same “billing issue.” After 30 minutes of waiting at the front desk, we were told to leave and received a call and text saying we couldn’t stay.
When I called for a refund, a representative (Sean or John) told me a refund wasn’t guaranteed, even though we had already been kicked out. I am still waiting for my refund, and I won’t stop until I get it due to their lack of communication.
The address on my license didn’t match the billing address because I had just moved. They didn’t seem to understand this simple explanation. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I travel often. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t know how to handle any situation.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.
