When we arrived, they made a security deposit in case there was any damage to the room. The amount was around $130, and they told us it would be refunded within 5 to 10 business days after check-out. It's been a month, and we still haven’t received the money back. I’ve called the hotel twice, and they haven’t been able to help me — the staff was also rude over the phone. The hotel is very expensive and only of average quality, and on top of that, they make extra charges without honoring the refund timelines they mention. Overall, for that price, you can find a better-quality place with better service.
