This location is perfect if you're just going to be sleeping and seeing shows etc. It's an easy walk from Grand Central and MOMA, Broadway etc. The rooms are smaller but it's NYC - most are. It's a great stay for the price and had no complaints. I didn't have any breakfast, or experience any issues with the elevators. Great stay. No issues.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best! Our room was very clean. The location was great for us (we saw some Broadway shows, but also took the subway to some other areas. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and was welcomed every morning before we set out for the day. I would stay here again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The lobby was a mess, the key did not work for the elevator/door. Once I received a working key they assigned me a room that was already occupied- someone else’s bags were still in there. It was on the 11th floor and the hallway was completely cluttered with crap- brooms, mops, carts, boxes,etc… Back to the front desk again to be given a room on a much lower floor. Then incompetent staff came back to my room to ask for my contact information again. I had already given the imbecile at the front desk my ID twice before- once with each set of keys I received. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff we're friendly. Room services every other day unless requested otherwise, so that was a little unexpected. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. This is one of the smaller rooms I've ever stayed in. But it was nice. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. They also have a continental breakfast. There were two floors with food options and seating.

I'm impressed with the kindness of staff, since front desk (Brian, Nahomy, Many) to dining room (Ynocencia, Maria). Location is great... easy access to everything. Breakfast was really good. They have a lot of options to eat. The rooftop is very cozy and has an awesome city view. I can't forget to mention Jorge from the lobby. He was very kind assisting us with luggage while waiting for the transportation to the airport.

The hotel is fine for the price, but the location is not ideal, the rooms are very small, and when we asked about a larger room we were told that none were available. The room we had was tucked into a corner, we had to go through a door on the floor where there were 2 doors put together, one was our room. The hotel cleaning staff kept parking their carts and luggage carts in front of the door so no matter what time we came in or out we had to practically trip over the items. When we were leaving the room for the final time with our bags, we had to navigate a dirty stack of towels and several bags of trash, all placed at entrance to our room.
