The room was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in! The hotel itself isn’t much to look at, but the receptionists were polite. Unfortunately the area of the hotel, which has nothing to do with the hotel itself, was very dirty. There was trash in the street and dog feces.

We always aim to stay here, not only because it’s convenient, easy on the wallet, clean, and professional, but because we so much enjoy the demeanor of the entire staff. They make the hotel welcoming, friendly, and our go-to place whenever we need a secure location in the area. The only improvements we could suggest are to have the locks reinstalled onto the doors, to have separate bins for recycling and for trash in the rooms, and to expand the rooftop deck to include a once-a-week jazz band night, a once a week movie night, and maybe a yoga session every morning, all with an upcharge of $5-$10 a person, which would be a recompense for running the shows and hiring locals. Otherwise, the hotel rocks the socks!

The Highbridge Hotel staff always hit it out of the ballpark. They make the place what it is and keep us coming back to continue making memories with the company. From the beautifully caring and professional manager to the front desk associates handling everything with finesse, and then the dining staff and housekeeping always ready with a cheery good morning and a smile, we appreciate every single one. The cost and amenities/features makes staying here wonderful as well!
