The staff was really nice and helpfull the room was clean and confortable, we had 2 queen beds and a nice city view on floor 11th. Only thing I did not like was that at the time of booking there was other hotels cheaper and closer to Times Square , the reason why I booked this hotel was because of the “Buffet breakfast” which was a shame, I would go down to the buffet at 7 am just to find everything was empty , maybe some eggs and some apples, cereal coffe and milk, but eggs sausages and the good stuff were out by 7 am, bunch of people with 8-9 pieces of everything in their plates like it was running out and left anything for other people, other than that hotel was pretty decent. Would stay again if I find it cheaper but not worth $949.
