Bring Earplugs. The walls are paper thin. On the first floor. The hotel has a bar/club. They play music so loud until 3 AM usually. You cannot hear the TV over the music. Every time people walked in the hallway, it was noisy. Upon arrival, I asked about the noise level, and the host at the front told me the rooms are soundproof. That was a complete and utter lie.

The room was exactly as described online. It was neat and clean. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were less than ideal for my stay. The room was not conducive for work. There is no sofa, chair or table to comfortably use a laptop, the shower is somewhat see through from the hotel room. The wall that’s on the side of the hotel room is a mirror when the bathroom light is off. But when the light is on, you can see the silhouette of the person in the shower. There is no phone in the room so you can’t call the front desk or for an emergency. The person at the desk didn’t know why there was no phone in the hotel room. There is a $15 per day facility fee but there is no gym, pool, nice view, kitchen, bar, room service, bell stand or anything else that would constitute a “facility” fee. I’m already paying to stay there. That should be my fee. The hotel is walking distance to the train station in both directions. That was pretty convenient.

It was cheap but the room came without a dresser or closet. Hangers on wall and a shelf more than 6' in the air. If you are short... good luck. Small desk with wooden bench. It was an adequate place to sleep. The A/C was fine though unnecessary on my trip. Maids did a good cleaning after the first night but skipped the next day. Plenty of tourists would feel unsafe in this neighborhood especially after dark.

O quarto era limpo e confortável, os funcionários fazem o mínimo possível, contudo o que incomodou muito foi a boate que fica no saguão do hotel ( entrada pelo hotel) onde parece que você está dentro da boate que fica até bem tarde da noite, tipo umas 2 horas da manhã, assim, se quiser uma boa noite de sono, não recomendo o hotel, além da rua ser muito barulhenta ao amanhecer. Não voltaria a me hospital por lá.

Spacious room near the top. Views of Manhattan walking down the hallway on the 7th or 8th floor. Location is a 5-10 minute walk from the elevated rail station (Myrtle Ave).

È l’hotel giusto per chi non ha molte pretese. Pulito, c’è il ricambio biancheria tutti i giorni, l’aria condizionata è molto forte, non si ha la possibilità di regolarla. Doccia con soffione. La posizione è discreta, a circa 300 metri c’è la fermata metro che grazie alla linea M porta fino a Times Square. Il quartiere non e’ il massimo, ma alla fine rapporto qualità prezzo ci sta. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Stuhl. Keinen Schrank oder ähnliches. Wir lebten aus dem Koffer. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 5 OG. Wir hörten die Musik des Nachtclubs. Es war gerade noch in Ordnung. Aber alles unter der 5 Etage während sicher viel zu laut. Die Umgebung ist gerade Abends und Nachts beängstigend. Auch am Tag nicht gerade Angenehm. Viele Besoffene und Bettler unterwegs.

The aesthetic was very nice since I was the staff, but it was really dirty. There were stains everywhere and there was cracks and the sink. It didn't look clean at all. None of the trash had trash bags and none were provided.. also the back of the remote was missing with tape. I don't know just for the price you would think that it would actually be nice.

I paid for early check in and while my husband and I tried to nap multiple staff (housekeeping I assume) entered our room without knocking, the room had already been cleaned, so it was confusing and quite fustrating.

I like the friendliness of the staff. None was rude. They were all very polite and respectful. Although I didn’t like where the hotel is located, around an unsafe area if I’m walking by myself during the day and possibly more scary during the night. It’s a walking distance to the subway station. There were 3 of us so ok to walk but at night, be careful. We used uber when the nearest subway station was closed. Uber was under $10. Overall, the room was basic, clean, and quiet. We only used it to rest and sleep and with the cost of hotels in NYC, none can beat the price. If you are on a budget and not the scary type, it is worth your stay.
