No breakfast served, although picture of breakfast area listed on Expedia posting. Was told at front desk stopped serving breakfast May ‘24 & have constant complaints yet mgmt will not revise listing. Shouldn’t this be against Expedia’s policy to list a hotel with inaccurate information? Staff empathized with us & said mgmt won’t do anything about it. Seems like bait & switch for hotel bookings. Our family was directed to eat next door, cost upward $25 for breakfast (per person, per day).
Entire side of bldg has view of block wall with small windows. No city view, as represented in listing. No double sink, no wood floors, no couch, no balcony, no full-length windows, no microwave or mini fridge. No bar or breakfast as they have this entire area sectioned off as closed & empty. No chair/ottoman, just as basic as it gets. Standard room stripped down to walking in, sleeping & leaving. Asked for another room & told $650 more to get a room with a view.
No laundry service. Housekeeping knocked on door before 9am each day & did not come back to clean our room. 4 days of non-service. No hair dryer.
Received paper at check-in no local channels & if we want to use Netflix or Hulu $7.50 per service. Asked for coffee multiple times & was told we had to go to front desk to get the basic coffee pods for our room. Constant excuses for service.
Our 18th anniversary NY trip we expected at a minimum the items that were pictured & listed on Expedia to be provided. Definitely disappointed.
