Nothing about stay was good. Door lock broken, no hot water the whole stay. It I did not have family to attend. We would have left. It look and felt like sex for sale. Finally someone in another room had access to change our tv channels. Trust me this one and done I would never here again

This hotel was great for my husband and I to do a quick visit to NYC. Close to two different subway stops and relatively quiet. The room smelled a little smoky but luckily the windows could be opened for fresh air. Next time we will upgrade on a slightly nicer spot

The room is in terrible condition, dirty and sticky, cockroaches roaming around, loud and unsafe feeling, stayed there because there was no other option in this price but if you can spend a little bit more dont even think about this hotel which also rents rooms per hour and doesn’t have a curfew so u can hear housekeeping after midnight cleaning the rooms without any consideration of people that stays in the other rooms, cigarettes smell in the elevator and marihuana smell everywhere, terrible is not enough to say

My experience at this property was very disappointing. The entire place constantly smelled like marijuana, and one night we had to request a room change because people in the next room were fighting and smoking. The environment felt unsafe and definitely not kid-friendly. The only positive was the proximity to the train station, but even then, the surrounding area didn’t feel secure, especially at night.

Hotel in disrepair. Our first room had no a/c,broken fixtures in bathroom, no hangers, thin walls with loud neighbors. We got a new room which was better, but overall the hotel is janky. No coffee in rooms or lobby, no microwave in room, no sink stopper, room key stopped working halfway through stay...

For the price, the room had no WiFi, the room was either too hot or too cold. When asked questions regarding the WiFi all we got was “we’re working on it” after the third day of my stay, the WiFi was fixed.
