Please do not stay at this hotel, believe the negative reviews.
Biggest Complaint: No AIR CONDITIONING. My first time in the room, I noticed the room was warm and turned on the air. Upon revisiting the room, the temperature never lowered. I notified the front desk and they did not care. After hearing from others in the hotel about their AC not working, I followed up with front desk who said, "Yeah they are fixing it." I can be understanding and patient, but after the 3 nights of my stay, it was never fixed. The week became hotter and so did the room. It made it unable to sleep. Who knows, how long it was "broke" before I arrived.
Room Quality: The hotel itself is so run down, its probably why they try to keep it so dark so you can't see the issues. A lot of the basic things in a hotel room were worn-out or filmsy. Definitely not worth the money.
Customer Service: Starting with the front desk when checking in, no one came to help 10 minutes. All the workers were very nonchalant the entire stay when you had a question. It was mostly someone just sitting on their phone who couldn't answer a question. When asking for someone to follow up on the issue, they asked me to email them but then they couldn't find an email address and to come back later. Overall not professional.
Hotel Location: Not a great location. No good food spots nearby. Still a far walk from everywhere, so you are better off staying closer to the central part of the city.
