We will definitely stay here again. Comfortable room, staff very welcoming etc all good. The negative was garbage everywhere just north of the property. Really unsightly. Congratulations to the “Rat Tsar” of NYC. Didn’t see one rat during our stay in the city!!! Things are looking’ up in that respect!

Expected a two bed standard room was upgraded to suite, jackpot. Nice but not NYC notorious for sounds including horn honking, sirens of all sorts. And don’t forget the partygoers, there was a rooftop club directly across the street with umbrellas as it was rooftop resulting in music too loud for me to fall asleep. Perhaps in another lifetime I would’ve simply dressed and joined the party, I love parties but I was in NYC for a family event and needed rest. I finally did fall asleep and when I woke couldn’t hear a sound. The sun was shining and the ship for my cruise was pulling into the port. Yes, slight inconvenience but an amazing stay none the less!

Loved this property! The staff were lovely to interact with. Gave me a lovely room. The room could use a deep cleaning and the linen could’ve been better (stained sheets) but the stay overall was comfortable. I would definitely stay again and check out the rooftop next time. Not a lot going on in this neighbourhood- but fairly short walk to Times Square. Rooms are large for NYC. They were clean and good supply of toiletries. Staff were pleasant. The (newly opened) restaurant was beautiful, with awesome views of the city- sadly the weather wasn’t good enough to sit outside but we weee made to feel very welcome to sit and have drinks

Typical crowded traffic, and unfortunately the winds blew some spilled trash around. Hotel staff very congenial and facility very nice for a boutique hotel. Idealy located for our stroll to a Broadway show at the Wintergarden Theatre, and Manhattan Terminal destination.

This property has wonderful staff but not much else to really recommend it. A big lack of amenities. No water stations or even a store to buy bottled water. Small water bottles in the room but for $8 each. No coffee makers in room and none available in lobby or in a central area. One restaurant connected to the hotel, but only open for limited morning hours and 20$ for 2 cups of coffee. No room service No microwaves. Our room was right across from the bar/grill Mexican restaurant that has a lid DJ and dance party every night (except Mondays) until 1:00 am that seriously shakes your room and makes it impossible to work or communicate without shouting!

Overall good experience but started off negative. We requested early check in through the on-line add on features as we had a red eye flight and wanted to rest. I called the Front Desk (option #2 on the automated system) spoke to the front desk attendant at 6:58am and they approved our request. Got an email and text confirmation. Arrived at 9:00am and the attendant said “I’ve been here since 7am and no one called and we cannot fulfill your request”. No matter what we said he kept repeating the same thing in a very belligerent manner. I started to cry as I was exhausted. My husband then took over (not what a strong, independent woman wants) and asked for a manager who was quick to remedy the situation. Thank you. However, I felt like I was being gaslit by the attendant. I do believe he took my call, for it sure sounded like him, realized after the request wasn’t possible then lied to my face as he was very quick with his response to me. I could be wrong as it was 2 minutes before 7am and it could have been a shift change issue. I don’t know for sure, what I do know was it was a very negative exchange that made me feel discredited and dismissed. Other than this everyone was very pleasant and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
