Fantastic Stay – Great Location and Wonderful Service! I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily return. The location is incredibly convenient – close to everything you might need, whether you're in town for business or leisure. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable – much larger than I expected, which made it feel like a home away from home. A special mention goes to the young lady at the reception desk. I didn’t catch her name, but she was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm welcome and assistance made a great first impression and set the tone for the entire visit. Highly recommended!

AC unit was not working properly. Building looked like it was falling apart. It’s a good price for a reason spend the extra amount somewhere else.

Clean with a friendly staff, got there at 3:00 and the parking was full so we had to improvise.

Overall the experience wasn’t terrible. The room was clean the bathroom was also clean. However there were a couple things that weren’t favorable during the short stay.. 1. Being the wifi being free/accessible The wifi was not strong while inside the room during our stay, making it very difficult and frustrating to connect our electronic devices/use them. The wifi was strong in the hallways, and I thought that was strange. 2. The tv in our Queen size bedroom, was all the way on the left side of the wall and not typically in the middle. Making it oddly strange to view the tv while in bed. Despite these 2 inconveniences, the stay here was good for the price. What I liked the most was the coffee/vendor machines/ice machine/microwave/ and being close to the deli!

Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, spacious for NYC. Clean. Nice views. Easy check in and easy walk to the train station to NYC. I will book again. A few homeless people nearby but property felt safe. Hotel should stay reasonable because of this. Lobby could use a refresh.

Good stay for a night or two in NYC! Close to N/W Subway for quick access to Manhattan. The property is older so the rooms are small and furniture isn't as modern but well maintained and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend/stay here again.

The hotel was perfect for what I needed, a place to sleep and shower while there for training. Clean room, friendly staff, and everything worked the way it should. I liked the convenience to LIC, very walkable. Probably comparable to other streets in NYC, it’s a bit dirty and had some homeless people, but I felt relatively safe walking in the morning and evening. Great stay, thank you!

They charged me $40 because I checked in at 11:30 PM for parking and another $40 for the next day. The AC was terrible and would not let you turn down the thermostat below 68 Degrees and the temp in the room never went below 74 Degrees. I should get 1 day of parking fee returned and a discount on the AC not working.

The shower door isn’t completely sealed when the door closes. During shower, water got out and making a mess. Bed sheets didn’t look clean

The place was nice just a few things like the shower head came off when we turned the shower on. The room smelled bad but with some spray it got better. Al in all not horrible but not the best I’ve stayed in
