Overall Customer service is snotty and unprofessional, they charge you extra fees and don’t disclose or provide any explanation. The elevators took 5-10 min one employee even said they had waited an hour for one, for it to even open. This is common in the city, but good to mention because I wasn’t aware prior to booking , and it definitely impacted my stay. We were not given back our safety deposit, I called to question and was hung up on. They have claimed they sent it, and I had to make bankk. claim for my money back. I also booked a reservation at the main restaurant a month before my stay, and when arrived they didn’t have my table ready, and said “ohh yeah uhh i guess just wait here and we will get u one” too casual to care, they probably don’t even get payed enough to care. Overall so many little annoying things it’s like if u don’t care ab that then book it but i would not stay again.
