The property was nice,modern,cozy.check in was cumbersome computer system bumped you out several times, you end up waiting for guests service to help,front desk doesn't answer phone at certain times,you end up having to go downstairs to request items etc same for housekeeping, you can't reach after 7pm,so you wait until 8am to request items.there no room service for food ( under construction) breakfast voucher@ masso across the street,they serve breakfast items to go.other than these quirks the hotel is adequate accommodation, bed could be more comfortable.

From start to finish, our stay at Hotel Park Avenue was absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing upon arrival — they welcomed us with water and made check-in a total breeze. Everyone we encountered was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. The hotel itself was spotless, super modern, and beautifully up-to-date. Our room had incredible views, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. At checkout, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we received our breakfast vouchers for the complimentary breakfast for me and my boyfriend. There was also a small mix-up with the price, but when I called, the manager was extremely kind, apologetic, and immediately refunded the difference without hesitation. That kind of customer service is rare and so appreciated. This hotel is truly a 10/10 experience. I look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

My flight was delayed 2 hours and I arrived after 3am. The staff informed me that I was considered a no show and that I could only enter the room if I purchased an additional night. Needless to say this was a shock and very unpleasant for a weary traveler. The 3am check-in was not specified on the details of booking and I specifically booked because 24h concierge was specified. I also find it preposterous that I was charged AND not allowed to enter the room I paid for that had checkout at 12pm.

It was under renovations while there but it did not affect my stay. One of the best and most functional small space hotel gyms I’ve ever used. Right in the heart of Manhattan but windows do an excellent job keeping street noise out. Room was larger than I expected and very nicely decorated with the new design scheme (August 2025). I could not get my room as cold as I would have liked because the lone AC vent was blocked by a cabinet, your mileage will vary with this I like to be very cold at night. Was very easy to take public transit to and from JFK airport and La Guardia would likely be the same.

Self check-in all'arrivo, purtroppo non è stato possibile fare la colazioni in quanto l'ultimo piano adibito era sotto lavori di ristrutturazione, L'hotel ci ha dato un buono valido per un cappuccino + croissant (comunque due cose a nostra scelta) presso il Matto Expresso di fronte. Struttura discreta, ma mi aspettavo di più...dovessi ritornare a New York cambierei

Es sind wunderschöne, große Zimmer mit Kühlschrank. Allerdings darf man keinen Wert auf eine gute Aussicht legen. Vor unserem Zimmer im 13. Stock war gleich die Wand des Nachbarhauses. Wenn man bei der Buchung liest, dass zusätzliche Kosten anfallen können, dann rechnet man vielleicht mit ein paar Steuern.... wir allerdings wurden gleich mal zusätzliche 276 € los für Steuern, Wlan und Hausmeister!!! Das schmälert die Urlaubskasse mal gleich mächtig und wir finden es auch sehr unangemessen. Wenn man mit Frühstück bucht, tut man das ja, um morgens gemütlich im Hotel sitzen zu können. Bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde allerdings das Restaurant umgebaut, und wir bekamen morgens Gutscheine für einen IMBISS gegenüber, mit genau 2 Sitzplätzen. Wir haben es also wie die New Yorker gemacht, die anscheinend auch alle im Laufen, oder auf einer Bank im Freien frühstücken. Manche Hotelgäste haben sich auch alles mit ins Hotel genommen. Man muss dem Matto...so hieß der Imbiss ...allerdings lassen, dass sie alle überaus freundlich waren und die Kaffeevariationen echt gut schmeckten.

We arrived Friday August 25, 2025 at 1pm and was allowed into the room. However, we were told the air was down and should be back up soon. We had no plans to leave the room that afternoon but we got out and came back to get dressed for our Broadway show. Still no air conditioning as we got dressed in the heat. When we returned, there was still no air. It kicked in during the night, but was off again the next day. The staff was aware but seemed unconcerned and had no recommendations or fans available. As a woman of a certain age, having at least a fan is a necessity this day and age! 2 nights with no air conditioning, no care or major concern from staff was a complete let down. The breakfast that’s included is to a small cafe across the street. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. Too many other options to choose from in the area. The bright side is that the room was clean. But you have to ask for robes and we had to ask twice.

Hotel’s AC unit did not work in the middle of August. Even with a balcony suite, it was blazing hot. We were continuously told they were working on it but did not have AC for two full days. Only accommodations offered were water and ice.

Everything was great about our stay minus one thing that I really do not want to mention but we should have asked for another room or housekeeping to come take a look… our shower had more than a few gnats flying around and small little tiny insects from the improper draining in the shower.

Easy self check in. Room was ready upon arrival. Easy self check out. Restaurant in the hotel won’t open until next year but plenty of food options within walking distance. Very quiet.
