This is the second Moxy we stayed in. The room was .NY small, but manageable and well layed out. Staff were friendly. The financial district is not the most exciting part of the city, but lots od ahops and small restaurants. The give you $25 per day per rooom credit for bar, food, etc..ot doesnt go far, but it helps. Lounge/bar is a real plus with games you can play like skeeball, foosball, Uno, etc. I recommend when you can get itbat a good price.

The hotel wasn’t bad it was clean but smaller than expected there was no closet no robes no fridge if you wanted a fridge apparently you have to call the front desk and ask for one. If you need ice you have to call the front desk and ask for it. I feel like everything here you have to call and ask for and it takes really long getting to your room I asked for more rags and we never received them. But it was nice and the room was clean the view was very beautiful a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance overall rating would be a 6/10 and 3.5

Property is very basic and the rooms have no wardrobes which is inconvenient. We only had housekeeping once over 5 days as well. The main concern is that the service in the restaurant/bar area is terrible (takes 20 mins to get a drip coffee) and the food is basic.

Stayed here for a few nights, spending most of the day in the city and only coming back to shower/sleep. The property itself was fine. But they charged me an enormous fee for "loss & damage." Customer service was unresponsive. I disputed with my credit card company, and they sent back a blurry image of a hole(?) in the wall as "evidence." I don't know if it was another guest, or foul play from the staff, but now I'm out almost a grand because someone decided to take advantage of me and the hotel couldn't be bothered to hear my side of the story. Stay at your own risk.

A lot quieter than many hotels - no disturbances. Close to Fulton St subway, so easy connections to both uptown and JFK airport. The next time we're in NY - this is where we want to stay.

Hotel was very hip and was okay for a short stay. The room was so tiny. Would not stay there again strictly for that reason.

Staff was accommodating. Be sure to get larger rooms if you are traveling with more than 2 ppl. As a family of 4 we were still a little cramped in larger rooms but no where as near as cramped if we would have stayed in smaller rooms. The lobby area was very fun. Even though the vibe and chicness is marketed towards adults the kids loved it. There were retro games in every corner . Basketball court was a huge hit for the guys in my fam. I usually pack my own towels for fear of cleanliness of the hotels but I forgot. Major mistake . However they made up for it . Upon checking in and exchanging pleasant tree we were asked if we had plans for the day I shared that we were visiting the Statue of Liberty and had made reservations a few days prior. The concierge continued to tell us how they offer free tickets with each room. That was a bummer because I had be already paid a hefty amount for ours. I wish Expedia would have shared that information.Not sure if it’s offered year around but call prior to. We were also told after the fact that they offer transporation for a flat fee to the airports . I have prepaid for that as well. Lesson learned . Overall great experience would stay again.

The room was just as described and like the photos shown. The staff were also amazing, and super friendly, Moxy hotel's have yet to disappoint me. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Perfektes Hotel für eine Reise nach NYC. Bahnhof Fulton St mit 5 Metrolinien ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer für NYC größer als erwartet. Wir kommen wieder!
