The location is great, near the subway with easy access to everywhere and also a wide variety of restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and comfortable. The staff were very responsive to all of my requests. A few issues were that the blanket was quite thin. Despite asking for another blanket, I still felt cold at night during my stay. Also, the check-in instructions weren't very clear, so I got confused while finding my access code and room information. But eventually, I figured it out successfully. All in all, it was a really great experience and I would stay here again next time for sure.

The place is supposed to be quiet, there’s signs everywhere saying to respect people’s peace and quiet. My bunk mates were super noisy especially when leaving the room at 1am banging her luggage around and slamming the door. Having one bathroom for 6 ladies is super inconvenient. Also the sheets had a stain on them. There’s a sign saying clean sheets are washed every 7 days/upon request…

A (community) dorm like experience Be prepared for unexpected and unpredictable noises in your room, the bathroom being used and taken over by 3 other strangers and no top sheet or 2nd pillow…just a fitted sheet and one flat pillow! I am too old for all of this and have learned how low I can’t go. It was a bed in a box (literally) that felt hot and claustrophobic…. The little fan, by my head, I desperately needed,didn’t work! I asked before I went to bed and they dismissed me and told me it worked….it didn’t! That fan would have been a tremendous help in this awful situation but I just layed there sweating and and thinking 💭 Lesson learned-Nap is not for me!

We stayed at a private room. We had similar rules to shared pods, which do not make sense. For example, we could not adjust the AC at all, although it was an individual unit. It was the only way to get "fresh" air in the room, as the room did not have a window. We also could not dry our hair between 9pm and 9am, which makes it very annoying to take a shower. Also the room was very dim. One LED strip was not working when we arrived and got fixed 4 days later. Even with that, the corners of the room were still pitch black. We had to use our phone's flashlight all the time. There is also a rather significant communication problem between the guests and the management. The personnel in the premises are helpful but the rules such as the hair drying and obligatory in-person check-in are not communicated. Such rules are not even written in the rules or in the terms and conditions. The pods might be ok but it is not a comfortable experience to stay in a "private" room. Even though the price and description match a regular hotel room, the experience was quite different. If we hadn't paid for a week and could find a hotel, we would leave after one night.
