The room was clean and the balcony view of the city was great! The bed dipped in the middle which was a little uncomfortable but the mattress was very comfortable which made up for it. There is a safe in the room but you cannot use it as it’s from a previous owner but reception advised me they could not remove them as they are attached to the wall. I would recommend for an affordable stay for a visit to NYC with subway connections straight into Manhattan.

The only problem we had was there was a promotion event in the rooftop bar for Porsche cars we had room 410 and to be honest you are going to have a problem with that room from the noise

Lors d’événement sur le toit la musique est très bruyante à l’intérieur des chambres. Nous étions situés juste en dessous et c’était très désagréable… un rabais devrait être offert pour les gens qui doivent être importuner par le bruit.

This will be our new go-to for NYC. Extremely close to the Morgan L train station which is a direct line to Manhattan. Amazing restaurants in easy walking distance. We highly recommend Maloya on Flushing. The couple of blocks immediately surrounding the hotel are desolate but not scary. It's surprisingly quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful.

El alojamiento es correcto en relación al precio. Es necesario solicitar a diario en recepcion que te hagan la habitación, solicitándolo no hay ningun problema. El personal es muy escueto pero correcto en todo momento. En el momento de realizar la reserva la habitación indicaba que incluía desayuno y de hecho este se sirvió los 4 de los primeros días, a partir del 5 dejaron de traerlo sin dar ningún tipo de explicación, cuando preguntamos en recepcion nos comentaron que ya no se serviría mas. El hecho es que como el desayuno no constaba en el justificante de reserva y había desaparecido de la web no nos dieron solución. Sigo esperando contestación de Expedia en este aspecto. Como punto positivo es que cada día que te hacen la habitación te dejaban botellas de agua y juego de toallas limpio. Esta bien comunicado pero el barrio es algo alternativo y de noche esta bastante poco iluminado y pocas opciones para comer o tomar algo si no es el Roftop del propio hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Schränken, Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Im Badezimmer fehlten leider Haken und das Hotel wirkte auch sonst noch sporadisch eingerichtet. Trotz dessen ist es ein sehr modernes und sicheres Hotel und die Lage extrem praktisch. Die U-Bahn ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Hotel ist für einen New York Trip sehr zu empfehlen.

Room was clean, easy to get to, subway super close- gave us access to get anywhere. Stayed for a concert at barclays- idk if we did something wrong but the subway wouldnt take us directly there- even though it was close and a subway stop right at barclays.. It took 40-50 minutes via subway. This didnt bother us. Will definitely stay here again. Coffee and water in the lobby. Microwave and fridge in the room, great view. Only negative was there were no soaps, conditioner, body wash in the shower dispensers. We didnt ask for more because we had our own stuff and im sure we couldve gotten more if we asked. We didnt have time to see the gym or bar but they were available.

Great hotel in Brooklyn, excellent price for the location, less than 10 minute walk from the L train going straight into Manhattan. Facility is really nice, with a cool terrace bar on the 5th floor. Staff is very friendly although a little disorganized at moments. Negative point to the breakfast, very poor, doesn't need to be a full continental breakfast but something more than a dozen pastries and some coffee.

It met all of our needs. The Air Conditioning was messed up. We woke up and it was 88 degrees in our room. It got fixed. Then happened again. For the location it was convenient to our destination. The bathroom was very nice. The bed was small but overall pretty comfortable. It was overall quiet too.
